What's happening this Autumn!?

We're not too shocked that Autumn has arrived after a sweet but short summer! It’s safe to say that we're ready for the next season, hoping next year will bring a better, warmer, LONGER summer! 

Reaching for some positives, who doesn’t love the colours that come with Autumn?  Plus, there’s been some seriously good Aurora's already!!! So we can't wait to see what the atmosphere gods bring us over the next few months. 

Here's whats in the pipeline for the near future:

OPENING TIMES

The Crofter’s Rest, Hotel & Bunkhouse will be open as usual until Sunday 29th October 2023 and will re-open on Friday 15th March 2024.

Although the hotel will close on 29th October, the bunkhouse & bar will remain open for business all winter (Apart from January).  Many of the area’s guesthouses, self-catering cottages and hotels remain open over the winter months and we urge visitors to come and enjoy Arisaig out of season - no midges, northern lights, cosy nights – what’s not to love?  We will also be hosting some events throughout the winter months so keep your eyes peeled on our social media pages.

EVENTS

Thursday 28th October - Astley Hall produce fair, 11am - 2:30pm. Handmade items, gifts, upcycled items, knits, books, jewellery, soup, sandwiches & tea & coffee.

Friday 6th - 8th October, Feis na Mara. A music festival that is a favourite among the highlands. All weekend a myriad of tunes and party. Tickets are still available for the whole weekend or individual days/times.

Saturday 14th October - Open mic night in the pub. We have had so many talented folk joining our open mic nights. This will be the last one for the year, so pop down and sing, dance, play, tell a joke or just support the amazing performers!

10th/11th November -  School of Daimh. This seasons SOD is looking to be an absolute belter! We have a huge bunch booked in for a weekend of tuition. Keep an eye out on our socials for sessions in the bar over the weekend.

18th November - Sip & Paint. Details are still TBC...but this is our very first ever sip and paint session. An opportunity to allow your creative juices to flow in a social and un-judgemental environment. Any skill level welcome. Keep an eye on our socials for more details coming soon!

Saturday 2nd December - Arisaig Hotel Christmas market. Our magical Christmas market returns again after the past few years success. A perfect time to get in to the Christmas spirit and get some gift shopping done! Food, mulled wine, boozy hot chocolate, music, Santa and pressies for the children, stalls and Christmas light switch on. Please get in touch if you'd like to reserve a table for a stall (£5).
