Arisaig Highland Games

The Arisaig Games will begin on the 24th of July where a ceremonial march through the village led by Lochaber Schools Pipe Band will precede the Games, which begin at midday.
The Games features a full list of traditional events including solo piping, throwing the hammer, tossing the caber, highland dancing, and a range of track and field events including children’s races. Around the arena there will be a variety of side shows, exhibition tents, trade stalls and refreshment stands. To round things off, there's a traditional cèilidh dance in the Astley Hall in Arisaig in the evening.
