November 2020

As per the latest Government guidelines, our area is currently in Tier 1, which means we can welcome groups of up to six people from two seperate households from Tier 1 areas.

July 2020

As per the latest Government guidelines, from Wednesday 15th July the hotel, bar & restaurant will be back in business and we can't wait to welcome you!  If you're planning on staying, eating or drinking at the Arisaig Hotel over the coming weeks and months, you can rest assured that we have implemented a number of measures and procedures to keep our guests, staff and the local community as safe as possible during this phase.  For further information on these measures, just click here.

March 2020

We regret to inform you that The Arisaig Hotel, Bunkhouse and Crofter’s Rest are currently closed as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic.

We will continue to follow Government guidelines and hope to open again once it is safe and advisable to do so.

As a business in the tourism, leisure and hospitality sector we are directly affected for the duration of the pandemic. As a consequence, we have managed to furlough our staff and protect an income for them during these difficult times and as such, there’s no work being carried out at the hotel in accordance with the guidelines until such a time as the situation changes.

We are, however, able to un-furlough Rachel, our Front Office Manager, for one week in every four. During this period, Rachel will be working from home and will endeavour to respond to all emails and answer any questions or queries you may have, so please bear with us if you haven’t heard back immediately.  Because Rachel will be working from home, she will not have access to any hotel resources and therefore will be limited in what she is able to do to assist you with your enquiries, but as soon as we are back up and running (hopefully in the near future), we will do all we can to help.

Support is slowly filtering through from both the Government and some of our wonderful customers and we will endeavour to do our best to do the best by you.

We are able to offer vouchers to the value of your stay to be redeemed at a date to suit you; therefore, if you would like to amend your booking date then this would be most welcome.

We are missing our customers and familiar faces, and we look forward to welcoming you again once it is safe and sensible to do so.  We value your custom and understand that everyone is in a unique situation during this time, just as we are, and we hope you are all safe and well during this time.

Warm regards

The Arisaig Hotel Team
