Reservations

We respectfully request that all reservations are confirmed in writing where time permits or guaranteed with a credit card. A 25% deposit (of the total holiday cost) is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

The Arisaig Hotel's cancellation policy is as follows:

• Any reservation cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date is liable to loss of deposit.
• For any reservation cancelled within one week of the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total cost of your holiday will be made.
• In the event that guests fail to arrive and have given no notice or notice was given after 11am on the date of arrival or the reservation is curtailed after arrival, the full cost of their stay will be payable.
• We strongly advise our customers to purchase holiday insurance.

Paying Your Bill

The hotel accepts payment by the following methods:
Cash (Sterling), UK Cheque (with Banker's Card) Switch/Maestro, Delta, Visa, Access & MasterCard.

Departure

Guests are requested to vacate their room by 11.00am on their day of departure.
